Prior to that Austen held global roles as a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, where his accountabilities included global sales teams, Microsoft’s largest global clients, Microsoft’s global sales culture transformation and it’s Communications Sector business. Austen’s track record also includes mid-size business turnaround, transforming Fujitsu’s retail business to a top right-hand Gartner Magic Quadrant performer.
